As-built Package for Systems

As-built drawings are corrected drawings to reflect the actual installation configuration of the audio, video or lighting system. A/V/L systems over the years have components that are maintained, taken out completely or replaced. During these various situations it is unlikely that time was taken to completely document these changes to the systems. Eventually there is no "up to date" documentation (if any documents can be found at all) regarding what equipment and additional items are in the current system. As-built documents are a very useful if not critical resource for technicians who a re performing maintenance or for the design of any future system expansion.

An as-built package can consist of, but is not limited to:

• Up-to-Date Detailed Signal Flow Diagrams
• One-line System Drawings (for Troubleshooting system issues)
• Documentation of all System Settings and Adjustments
• A/V/L System Commissioning & Training Materials
• Full Equipment Inventory with Serial Numbers
• A System Specific Custom Operations Guide
• Equipment User/Service Manuals
